Use the App Library to find your apps – How to:

  • Go to App Library: Swipe left from your Home Screen, until you see the App Library.
  • Organized Apps: IOS already sorted your apps into category so you can quickly find your app.

For example, you might see your social media apps under a Social category. The apps that you use most frequently will automatically reorder based on your usage. When you install new apps, they’ll be added to your App Library, but you can change where new apps get downloaded.

Search for an app in the App Library

  1. Go to the App Library. 
  2. Tap on search, and find your desired app.
  3. Now open the app you want.

Delete an app from the App Library

  1. Navigate to the App library. Hit on the search field to open the list of available apps.
  2. Touch and hold the app icon, opens a dialog box then tap Delete App Trash can icon.
  3. Press Delete again to confirm.

Move apps to the App Library

  1. Touch and hold the app.
  2. Tap Remove App.
  3. Tap Remove from Home Screen.

Find, hide, and remove pages on your Home Screen

The new release of iOS 14 or later you can easily customized extra pages(extra sliding home screens). You can add extra pages to home screen to streamline how your Home Screen looks. Below is the way on how to add and remove extra home screen pages on iPhone 11, 12, 13:

  1. Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap the dots near the bottom of your screen.
  3. Tap the circle under the page that you want to hide.
  4. Tap Done. 

To un-hide a page, repeat the steps above. Then use the App Library to quickly find apps hidden on different pages.

To remove pages from your Home Screen:

  1. Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap the dots near the bottom of your screen.
  3. Tap the circle under the page that you want to hide.
  4. Tap the Remove button , then tap Remove. 

After removing any extra page from your home screen. Then apps will not deleted or uninstall, they will still exists in the App Library.
